One coin, many chains
A launch is one transaction on the chain your wallet is on. It pays the launch fee and the optional first buy in dollars.
The plan is hashed into the token address. The same address comes out on every EVM chain the coin launches on. The other chains open within a minute or two. Anyone can finish a leg. Nobody can change it.
Supply1,000,000,000, minted once at launch, split across the chains as the creator sets it
MintingNo mint function is left. The bridge burns on one chain and mints the same amount on another
Opening market capFrom $3,000, set at launch. It is where the one curve starts
Image and linksUploaded at launch and stored with the coin. On the EVM chains the creator can point the token at new ones later
ChainsSolana, Ethereum, Base, BSC, Robinhood Chain, HyperEVM; each coin's creator picks which ones
One pool
Every coin has one price curve. It starts at the opening market cap you choose. Each chain holds a slice of the supply and a working balance of dollars. The pool on each chain is shaped to sit exactly on the global curve.
Chains tell each other what traded, over LayerZero, every few seconds or whenever enough has moved. Each chain then re-shapes its pool back onto the curve. Between two updates a chain can only drift by a small, bounded amount.
PoolsUniswap v4 on the EVM chains, Meteora DLMM on Solana; the protocol is the only liquidity provider
WithdrawNobody can take the liquidity out. Dollars only move between the coin's own pools on different chains
Price feedNone. The price is the curve. The curve is the sum of every trade on every chain
Dollars
Trades settle in dollars. USDC on Solana, Ethereum, Base, BSC and HyperEVM. USDG on Robinhood Chain.
The keeper keeps dollars where the selling is. Chain to chain it uses Across, which lands in seconds. Behind it sits one Circle Gateway balance that refills Ethereum, Base and HyperEVM in one block. On BSC and Robinhood Chain an operator float pays sellers at once while the dollars arrive.
SellsPaid at once from the pool on your chain. Every dollar the chain holds is laid under the price
Where the dollars sitOn the chains that bought; the keeper moves them to match where the volume is
Sell bigger than every dollar on the chainSell into the curve. Coins go in now. Dollars follow as the keeper brings them, usually within seconds
SupplyCoins move to whichever chain is buying; no chain runs dry while another sits full
Fees
Trading fee1% to 5%, set at launch, fixed for life, taken in dollars
Split70% creator, 30% platform, on every chain. 80% of the platform share buys back and burns $UTOPIA
Launch taxNone. The fee the creator sets applies from the first block
LaunchOne payment on your chain; the other chains cost the creator nothing
First buyOptional, fee-free, at most 5% of supply, inside the launch transaction
Solana fee sharePaid to the Solana address you give at launch; otherwise it stays with the pot
Bots and wallets
The pool on each chain is a standard venue. Any bot that trades Uniswap v4 or Meteora trades it. Any wallet that swaps there swaps it. Nothing to add, nothing to approve beyond the usual.

AdminA 48 hour timelock, every action public before it lands
Can the adminSet the launch fee, tune working balances, add chains and withdraw the fee pot. Never an existing coin’s supply, fees or liquidity
KeeperPays gas to move dollars and supply between chains. It can front its own dollars to pay sellers sooner. It takes back only what it fronted
MessagesLayerZero, two independent verifiers pinned at launch
Solana launchRun by the platform launcher; EVM legs are permissionless
Contracts
The platform contracts on each chain. A coin's own token address is on its coin page, under Contracts.
